About

Protecting homes after the storm.

Headquartered in Texas. Operating in Illinois. Expanding nationwide.

Our story

Hale Yeah was built by people who entered the industry from outside it, questioned the status quo, and built a company focused on technology, transparency, and helping homeowners navigate storms with confidence.

We came in without the habits the trade had accepted for decades — the vague estimates, the pressure at the door, the paperwork nobody explains. So we rebuilt the process around the homeowner: verify the storm with real data, document the property before anyone talks money, price it openly, and stand behind the work in writing.

Texas is where we're headquartered. It isn't our identity. Severe weather doesn't stop at a state line, and neither does the standard of care we hold ourselves to.

What we're built on

Three things we don't compromise.

Technology first

StormScan Pro, instant aerial quoting, and drone documentation replace guesswork with data.

Transparency by default

Written scopes, itemized pricing, and documentation the homeowner keeps — whatever they decide.

Built for the long term

We enter one market at a time so service quality never trails growth.
