Referral program terms
- •The referred customer must be a new Hale Yeah Roofing customer who is not already an existing customer or active lead.
- •The referral must be documented with Hale Yeah Roofing before the referred customer signs a contract.
- •The referred customer must enter into a qualifying contract for a full roof replacement.
- •The qualifying project must be completed and paid in full before the referral reward is issued.
- •Only one referral reward may be issued per qualifying customer/property.
- •If multiple people refer the same customer, the reward will be issued to the first eligible referral documented in Hale Yeah Roofing's system.
- •Self-referrals do not qualify.
- •Employees, sales representatives, subcontractors, and other individuals already compensated in connection with the referred project are not eligible for an additional referral reward unless expressly approved by Hale Yeah Roofing.
- •Referral rewards are not discounts, rebates, deductible assistance, or credits toward the referred customer's roofing project.
- •The referral reward is paid to the eligible referring party and does not change the referred customer's contract price, insurance deductible, or other amounts owed under their contract.
- •Hale Yeah Roofing reserves the right to verify eligibility and modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program subject to applicable law.
- •Referral rewards are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and tax-reporting requirements.
