2. Services

We are a Texas-licensed roofing contractor offering inspections, repairs, replacements, financing referrals, and the StormShield membership program. We are not a public adjuster and do not negotiate insurance claims on your behalf.

3. Member Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and update it as needed.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Our SMS program delivers appointment reminders, inspection updates, hail/storm alerts, and account notifications. By opting in, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
• You reside in the United States.
• You agree to receive recurring automated SMS from Hale Yeah Roofing at the number you provide.

Opt-in methods:

• Web: Enable SMS in your member account at /account and confirm with the 6-digit verification code we send.
• Verbal: Provide verbal consent during a recorded phone call with our team.
• Paper form: Sign an inspection or service agreement that includes an SMS authorization checkbox.
• QR code: Scan a QR code on yard signs, vehicles, or event materials that directs to our web opt-in form.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Estimates & Insurance

Inspection reports and estimates are provided for your use with your insurance carrier. We do not waive deductibles or inflate invoices. Final scope and pricing are subject to written agreement.

6. Warranties

Installed work carries our lifetime workmanship guarantee, plus the applicable manufacturer's material warranty. Warranty terms are provided with your final contract and are subject to manufacturer and contract conditions.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website and content are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hale Yeah Roofing, LLC disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or SMS program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute lies in Tarrant County, Texas.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
